Struggling to open new business

Hello All,

I am looking to open a new business in Mt. Pleasant. We, my partners and I, are rally struggling with trying to put together the seed money that we need for our mediator. We are willing to offer an agreement/contract to a contributing party. We are currently looking for 1500.00. The terms of the contract will be discussed in private.

If there happens to be an investor, our group of investors, on here that would like to see about funding the whole project, we would absolutely like to talk with you as well.

Thank you for your time in reading this post.

Hello All,

I am a mom of 3 in the process of completing my B.S. in Business. I am going to law school in  Fall 2010; I have been accepted at one school and am applying to three more.

I have five undergraduate classes left and need to complete them during the summer term in order to start law school on time. I am taking two courses now which I have paid for, but I am short the funds for the remaining five. In order to accomplish my goal, I will need a loan of $3500 for tuition and books. I would repay the loan with my refund from scholarships, grants and loans during my first semester of law school. Repayment in one lump sum would be made between October & November 2010. I work part-time and could also make small monthly payments until the lump sum is paid.

I am willing to pay higher interest since this is a short-term loan. Private individuals only please. I would also be willing to throw in free legal services for a year once I graduate! I also run a small online organic bath & body boutique...maybe there is someone who wants to buy a portion of my business as opposed to an outright loan. I am willing to do whatever it takes to start my law school program in the fall and finish on schedule. Open to all reasonable ideas!

 Thanks for reading!

About MOTORMOUTH

I have yet to recover financially from my battle with cancer.  Everyone talks about how wonderful it is to survive it, but nobody talks about how difficult it is to recover financially.  I need of all things, glasses and can't afford them.  Through the years, I have helped many people financially and now, those very people have turned their backs on me and I don't know why.

Anyway, I am a singer/songwriter and would love to return to music.  I am also a real estate developer and have been for years.  I am looking for investors to assist me in funding the acquisition/construction for an Assisted Living Facility I want to build.  My mission statement is to build a building, resembling a luxurious hotel, where each room is like a small apartment, a living room, a bedroom and a mini kitchen and dining area.  I want to include, instead of a cafeteria, more of a restaraunt feeling where the residents, if they decide to eat with others, can actually choose what they want off the menu and not have to put up with meatloaf for everyone  with the same veggies, etc. I want to provide a safe place where older people are treated with respect, dignity and isn't treated like a child.  I want each one to feel like a contributing member of society and feel that they are still IN society, NOT in a facility waiting to die.  I want to give them a location where they can thrive and live in an elegant luxury style hotel.

If anyone can help with any of these situations, let me know.

Help us tap free energy.

I am in need of funding for my hydrogen fuel cell work.

I have many designs that need to be prototyped.  I believe hydrogen will be the fuel of the future. Hydrogen is one of the most abundent resources on earth. My work to try to extract hydrogen from water has been halted due to lack of funds. I would love to work with someone or an investor to overcome this hurdle.

Thank you,

Invest in a Chinese School

I am an American living in China and I have seen many business opportunities present themselves every day. I would like to talk about language.  Teaching English in china is a big opportunity for foreigners. Aside from OBC (Overseas Business Consulting) I teach English to Chinese children at my daughter’s primary school. My methods, style and approach to teaching English are unique and has made me successful and somewhat famous. I believe teaching from text is very important and that I do. However (the mind remembers what is does) that is the way I approach teaching.

There is one important thing that I have learned here in teaching English and that is that the Chinese want, need and crave to learn western or American English and I have yet to see a complete American English school. The majority of schools are taught in the European manor. That is just fine. However with a population as large as china you can see a big difference between the supply and the demand and there lies the tremendous opportunity for those able assist in getting something of the above started.

My plan is not to just create facility to show Chinese how to talk as an American but to develop an atmosphere that places them in America from the moment they walk in the door. From the fixtures on walls, the books and magazines about, to the video and muzak playing constantly.  You are completely placed in another environment that communicates without speaking.  For example when you go to a hospital or even a prison, you know you are in those facilities by the atmosphere it gives off. I have yet to see this done in China. It is what the people of China want but are not getting and with the right individual reading this I am confident it can happen. Please someone out there lend me some assistance or advise if you can. Thank You and have a great day.

About taylorj

My name is Jerome Taylor General Manager of  Overseas Business Consulting based in Dalian, China. My wife and President Misako Natsume and I founded OBC to assist foreign residents, business owners and corporations with the tedious task of acquiring the proper visas, finding language assistance and locating real estate for rental, purchase and development. Since that time we have had many inquiries related to Western Entertainment Businesses.

We have conducted extensive research with a Western Manufacturer on MINI GOLF. This form of activity is unique, exciting, fun for all ages and is unlike any form of family entertainment in China. OBC conducted research on an (indoor) 10,000 to 20,000 sq ft course with several amenities...(water falls, moving displays, batting cages, simulated driving range, food area and much more. We've concluded the above to be a safe investment that will see immediate results for the investor.

In a region that possesses a population that exceeds many countries combined, it is surprising to discover that there are few parks or locations that do not have slides, swing sets or even sand boxes. Yet the population has no intention on slowing down and that population craves better activities and entertainment for their children and families. Supply versus demand and as an investor, you need this type of demand.

In conclusion, to protect our many investment ideas, I welcome any Serious Investor to contact me for further, in depth details about this profitable investment that holds tremendous future potential. If you are a Serious Investor, who sees potential in the above, I am sure you will have no issue in contacting me by phone. If you are calling from the states, dial 011-86-150-411-57761(cell phone) or 011-86-411-8258-0705 (office) Look forward to speaking with you.

Opportunity Knocks - How Do I Open The Door?

I am consumed with the real estate investing arena.  I can find great deals and make all the numbers work except one... the initial money to get started.  Everyone that I talk to about the numbers say the same thing... "Sounds great you should do it"  but when you ask them to help you get started THEY can't.  Where do I find someone that understands the logic of real estate investing with the money to help someone like me get started?

Inman

About Inman

Hello,

I am Steve.

I have come to Aidpage to seek assistance in finding a sponsor or financial backer for my entertainment productions company.

I have been moved by the Spirit of the Lord to plan and promote and produce a Christian and Gospel concert series here in my city of Jacksonville.

The biggest obsticle I am running into is the fact that like many other investment opportunities, there is a risk involved here for both myself and any investors I find. I do - however - feel that this market is starving for quality affordable family entertainment. For a personal feel to the shows I have decided to make them faith based.

Each show will highlight some of the areas best chefs and caterers who will provide the evenings refreshments, Art displays featuring some of the areas best artists, a coffe and juice bar and at some shows there will be a wine and cheese bar. These events are of a casual dress atmosphere and people of all ages are welcome.

I have these shows planned for the Spring/Summer seasons of 2010 and I just do not have the required capital to hold the show myself. In fact I just sank all I had into equipment and advertising.

I need a corporate sponsor to purchase one of my sponsorship packages or an investor who would be willing to risk some money for the strong chance at getting a 25% return by the end of each show.

I pray that you can find it in your heart to help out a new compnay in bringing quality entertainment to our area.

Thank you for your time and may God Bless,

Steve

PAY ATTENTION HERE !

I am needing donations for the purpose of investing. The investments would be in currency trading and penny stocks. I would invest my own money but I have been out of work for quite some time now and do not have any funds to invest. I could go on with a big story but that is the short fact of the matter. We all need sustainable income to not only pay the bills but to do all the other things in this life that cost us money. I have had some time to explore the internet and feel I have found some great investment opportunities that would not only help myself but those around me as well. In light of these matters I need at least $350 for software $1000 for currency trading  $1000 for stocks. These are very minimul figures to invest with but should be enough to grow substantially. For those who are willing to invest I am willing to share with you where the money was invested after it has proven to be a profitable investment. Now the key here is that opportunities to prosper are here every day we just have to have the money to invest and know where to invest it.  THANK YOU

I finally managed to get my car smiley. I must have put my resume in every business in every town in a 30 mile radius. Unemployment ran out am 3 months behind on rent. Electric and phone shut off notices have arrived. I have 2.53 to my name and 1/4 tank of gas. bald tires (thank God no snow yet) and my car needs to be inspected by end of next month. auto insurance to run out in 1 week. But I am NOT gonna give up! I am determined to make things work. on the positive side I did get my car back. I signed up at school for the next semester which begins in January. I made all classes be online so I don't have to worry about my schedual when I get a job. It is so discouraging not getting hired. Any one out there need online work done? Oh well. Pray for me please.

Wow how quickly life can change... I am now a 51 year old student who has been widowed for 2 weeks. I thought life was hard then it's worse now. Just as the light was coming into view at the end of the tunnel there was a landslide shutting off the end.

My husband of almost 35 years got sick and died in less than 2 weeks leaving me in debt, in the country with a car in the shop, no income, ane worse of all alone. My best friend is gone, no one to ask advice or even get those it will be alright hugs.

There are no programs to help widows under the age of 60 who have no minor children., except a one time death payment of $255. I had to give that to my landlord toward the 2 months back rent we owed. I need a long term loan of approx $5000. That would get my car out so I could find a job, catch up my rent, electric and phone, and at least allow me to grieve a bit then attemp to find a job. As it is I took this semester off but it is not looking like I will be able to return to college.

I could pay the loan back at $25 per week and am willing to pay interest, so if anyone knows anyone willing to invest in a long term loan. PLEASE let me know.

I did find a job that lasted 11 months before I got laid off. got a pell grant and went to college to become an accountant was doing very well and going to recieve my Associates in Science in aug of 2012 until my sweet John passed away. Now everything is uncertain.

This was the old me

I am an unemployed 47 year old woman who's company moved out of state in Dec. My unemployment ran out 2 weeks ago and I am rapidly sinking in my pool of debt. I did have an interview last Fri. but won't hear anything till July 16th or so. There's not much work in this area of Vt. I made my first visit to a food shelf  the other day, and made a mental note that as soon as I get back on my feet, to make monthly donations to them (instead of just the food drive times). I've been married to the same wonderful man for 30 years and have raised 3 great kids. Thank God for my husbands disability check! It is only 100.00 more than my rent, but it's is better than nothing.

I found a house in need of repairs (we could live there while repairing), If I could find just 40,000.00 We could actually live on my husbands money, pay back that 40,000.00 in 10 years with a 8,000.00 profit and be able to pull ourselves up. This would all be without getting a job, which I intend on getting one, so all would be excellerated. I would still give the person the 8,000.00 profit just for taking a chance on me with their investment. Our credit is screwed, but my husbands check is gaurenteed monthly by the U.S. government. If anyone is able and interested give me a shout and we can talk the details. We would want it all done legally to protect both you and us.

I have a dream

Hi folks, thanks to you for taking the time to read this post. Straight up friends I’m looking for someone who wants to invest there money wisely into quite frankly into my new business. Now before you stop reading, please take a min. to read my proposal  Marten Luther King said it best with his I have a dream speach, he had a dream and so do i, his on a grander scale than mine but a dream all the same. mine is a business of success, right now I’m in the process of getting into launch position a business destand to be woth well over a million dollars in a short time from its inception. Here in north Florida on the big bend area, (as they call it here, the forgotten coast),with a great beach area where most of the collage students go from FSU, FAMU and TCC,  folks flock right past the business  property to the beach and back again for the night life in Tallahassee ,  the opportunities are endless in ways of generating great income here especially with the tourism, come on be a part of it, partners, donors,... lenders, need a shade tree to park your money out of tax reach? And generate a good return, you found the right place. the facility will have a game and arcade room with pool tables for the teens, plenty of arcade/video games to offer, there’s nothing much for the kids to do in this community, Its a fantastic place to be, think about it, a full service restaurant with a great meal at good honest affordable prices and still make an honest living. The opportunity is presenting it's self,. the opportunity to operate nurture and grow a successful capital building business as well as doing the community a service with a place for the kids to go, job opportunities and added revenue for the county...     a loan, or partner(s) and if the good lord directs you to donate to a worthy cause, well god bless you.E-mail me if this strikes you as an investment you are interested in.Till then May God bless you.Rick

Hi,

I'm a 26 year old student. Who have reached at the final stages of my educational career. But I can't afford it. If I don't pay, I won't get my degree. If I don't get a degree, I won't get a job. My current situation disallow me from working, due to the fact I'm an international student in the U.S. I can't take student loans, they all need cosigners. I can't ask strange people to co-sign a $40,000 loan. But I can ask a lot of people to help me financially with some of the money, with each person contributing a small part of the total.

I am willing to draft a contract that will give you back upto 40% on top of what you loan me once I graduate and get a job. If the sum will be too much to give out at once, I'll give it out in installments. I'm capable of mailing Bank checks or money orders. You'll have my direct mailing address, and direct contact information. I'll even give you a copy of my driver's license (without the license#) as an address verification, or a voided check. So this way you can be sure there is a way to find me, incase I don't satisfy my side of the contract.

The percentage is a good return, not even your savings account can give you this much in return for your investments. This amount might be much more than what I might end up paying for a loan, but beggars can't be choosers and with every person contributing a small amount, a small percentage is but mere change to the contributor, which is in itself not much of an incentive to contribute.

Thank you for your time to read this.

-Griffin

P.S.Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make you feel safe about this transaction.

(Reasons for not including my real name for now is to protect my anonymity from floods of emails that would accuse me of being fraudulent.) Soon, i'll post a website, with my real name, and email and i'll try my best to reply to all emails.

I am in my early 50's and used to make 6 figures, but bad investments have put my few properties into foreclosure.  My business should make money, but hasn't - it's credit is excellent, though.  I need to either invest in my buisiness or get back into a high-tech field that was so good to me in my earlier days, but I have huge debts (mostly mortgages), lots of IRS $$ due.  I wish I could sell my real estate or get an investment of about $100K against 1/4 acre of industrial urban vacant land (it has no mortgage on it) so I can either (a) revamp my business or (b) refresh my career skills - depending on how my capital I have.
